Airborne laser scanning
The survey system uses laser scanning technology (LIDAR) to capture the position of up to 40,000 3D points per second whilst in motion. The positional accuracy varies from 3cm to 0,8m depending on satellite visibility while a point-to-point accuracy within the data is 1cm.
The system is mobile. The data is processed immediately after the survey, providing point datasets with XYZ coordinates.
The laser scanning enables for:
- inventory of natural resources and natural monuments,
- Inventory of facade of buildings,
- Inventory of municipal greenery,
- 3D visualisation of Road design,
- 3d model ling and texturing
