Termal Imaging Maps
Thermal imaging map and thermal testing
is a modern way to study the heat of
objects in the cities and beyond
them. Map is performed on the basis of air photos
and the thermal scanner.
The final product is a map showing the amount of
heat emitted by objects.
Thermal imaging maps are used to assess differences in temperature on the surface. Thermal tests are
helpful in:
-
Finding the place of breakdown ( clogged pipes)
-
Finding and assessment of illegal release of wastewater into rivers,
-
Assessment of heat losses of buildings.
This is much faster and cheaper way to collect this kind of information, because it gives an opportunity to collect data that are not visible with the naked eye.
